This white exterior base coat is designed to help eliminate the natural tannin or sugar staining and discoloration produced by bare woods such as red cedar, redwood, fir, pine or white cedar. Troubleshooter Primer for Storm Stain 100% Acrylic Latex has excellent adhesion to all wood surfaces and is highly resistant to peeling. The unique formulation also helps to retard the surface rusting of uncoated nails.
